1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of skullandski.com and its games (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Free entertainment
The Service is for entertainment only. All games are free. Joining, playing and earning rewards cost nothing, and nothing on the Service can be bought.
3. Powder Coins
The Service uses a virtual play currency called Powder Coins ("PC"). Powder Coins:
- are given free (for example when you join, as daily fresh tracks or as rewards);
- have no monetary value and are not money, e-money, cryptocurrency or a financial product;
- can't be purchased, sold, traded, transferred or gifted;
- can't be exchanged or redeemed for cash, goods, services, vouchers or any other real-world value;
- exist only in your browser and may be lost if you clear browser data, change device or browser, or if the Service changes.
We may change balances, rewards, stash chances and features at any time.
4. No deposits, withdrawals or cash prizes
The Service accepts no deposits or payments of any kind and offers no withdrawals, cash-outs or cash prizes. Nothing you win or receive — including meter values, stash rewards, milestones, levels or badges — has any real-world value. Results in our games don't reflect or predict results in any real-money game.
5. Profiles
Joining needs only a name. Profiles are stored in your browser; we don't run server-side accounts and can't recover a lost profile. Please don't choose a name that's offensive, misleading or belongs to someone else.
6. Age
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
7. Fair play
You agree not to:
- try to sell, trade or obtain real-world value for Powder Coins, profiles or rewards;
- interfere with the Service or its games, or try to access them without permission;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to manipulate games or rewards;
- copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, artwork or branding without permission;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including our games, artwork, logos and text — belongs to Skull & Ski or its licensors. Other companies' names and trademarks on the Game Providers page belong to their owners and are shown for identification only, without implying any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Availability
The Service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or close any part of it, including games and rewards, at any time, and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for loss of virtual items, progress or data, or for indirect losses from using the Service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Changes and contact
